Yuva Sathi Prakalpa 2026, West Bengal Jubo Sathi Eligibility, Application Process, Documents

Banglar Yuva Sathi is an welfare program launched by government of West Bengal that aim to stand beside Bengal’s young job-seekers. Banglar Yuva Sathi Prakalpa is open to the youth who are residents of West Bengal and are currently unemployment. Youth interested in applying for the welfare scheme should note that the application process will become available from February 15, 2026 onwards. If you wish to apply, first register and them fill out the Banglar Yuva Sathi application form at yubasathi.wb.gov.in. Youth who are entitled to this scheme will be eligible to receive Rs 1500 per month.

Banglar Yuva Sathi Scheme (বেকারদের যুব সাথী প্রকল্প) is a well-known scheme introduced by the government of West Bengal during the budget 2026-27. On 5th February 2026, Chief Minister of Bengal Mamata Banerjee inaugurated the Banglar Yuva Sathi Prakalpa to empower the young youth. The purpose of the scheme is to provide financial assistance as well as employment opportunities to young job-seekers. Under this scheme, every youth in the state between the aged of 21 and 40 years receives a monthly allowance of ₹1,500 until they gets a job.









Eligibility Criteria

The application form will only be accepted if you meet the following criterias.

  • Applicant’s age should not be more than 40 years and less than 21 years as on April 1, 2026.
  • The applicant should be a resident of West Bengal.
  • The applicant must have completed the Class 10 / Madhyamik from WBBSE / CBSE / ICSE board.
  • If you are availing any scholarship from the state or central government, you are also eligible.

Who are not eligible

  • Applicants from states other than West Bengal..
  • If the applicant is working as a full-time or part time jobs.
  • Applicant who have not completed Class 10.
  • Those who are recipients Yuvashree scheme / Yuva Utsaha Prakalpa.

How to Apply for Yuva Sathi Prakalpa?

To get benefit of the scheme, an applicant must register them on official website. Candidate must possess below mentioned documents with them before applying.

Visit Official Website:

First, go to the official portal at yubasathi.wb.gov.in.

Access the Application Form

Now, click on the Application and read all of the instructions carefully then click on I Agee.

New Registration

You are applying for the first time you need to have an account, click on “”Register” button.

Create Account:

Enter your mobile number and verify OTP, then set a new password and click on Sign up.

Login to Dashboard

On the login page, enter your registered mobile number, password, and captcha code and click on login.

Fill Basic Details

Enter basic information such as your name, father’s name, date of birth/age, district, pin code, family income, email, etc., then click submit.

Enter Education Information

Fill in the educational details such as name of the board/university, last qualification examination details, total marks, etc.

Bank Information

Enter your bank details such as bank name, account number, IFSC code, and then click submit.

Upload Documents

Upload the necessary documents such as a photograph, income certificate, self-declaration, class 10 admit card, mark sheet, etc.

Review and Submit Application

Verify the documents you’ve uploaded and the details you’ve entered, then click the submit button.

Save and Submit

After the successful submission, you will receive a reference ID, note it down then download and print the application form PDF.

Applicants are required to upload scanned copies of the following documents while filling up the online application form.

  • A passport size Photo
  • ID proof
  • Domicile certificate
  • Proof of age (Bate of birth certificate/Admit card of Class 10)
  • Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  • Income certificate

After submitting the online application form, applicant must check the status to find out if the form has been verified or not. Follow the steps below to check the status:

  • Step 1: Visit the official website of Banglar Yuva Sathi.
  • Step 2: On the homepage, select the Check Application Status option
  • Step 3: Enter your registered mobile number then verify OTP.
  • Step 4: Enter the captcha code, and click on Submit button.
  • Step 5: On the next page, you will be able to check your current application status.
